Project Cost Estimates verification Checklist
The most important aspect of any project management effort is to ensure that project cost estimates are realistic ones. It is important to note that experience of the project manager counts a lot in making judgement on the plan estimates.
Following checklist offers many thoughtfully designed questions to help the QA managers & team leads in making judgement on the accuracy of cost estimates. More number of check marks in the “Yes” column on the checklist indicates that the cost estimates are fairly accurate.
How to use the following checklist:
